How do I change the name on my certificate?
PayPal automatically creates your user profile based upon the name on the credit card or payment method used when purchasing the course. Follow these steps to change how your name displays on the certificate:
- Click on the My Account link which can be found under the Login/Logout menu item. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to enter your Username or email address and your password.
- On the My Account page, click the Account details link on the left side list.
- Change how your name appears in the Display name field, which is just below the First name and Last name fields. Please note that you must change your name in the Display name field in order to change how your names is displayed on the certificate.
- Click the Save changes button on the bottom of the page.
How do I access my certificate after I have completed the eVIP course?
- Click on the My Account link which can be found under the Login/Logout menu item. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to enter your Username or email address and your password.
- On the My Account page, click the eVictim Impact Panel link at the bottom of the page.
- On the eVictim Impact Panel page, click the Download Certificate green button.
How do I download/Print my eVIP completion certificate?
- Click on the My Account link which can be found under the Login/Logout menu item. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to enter your Username or email address and your password.
- On the My Account page, click the eVictim Impact Panel link at the bottom of the page.
- On the eVictim Impact Panel page, click the Download Certificate green button.
- A separate web page will open with your Certificate PDF.
- Depending on your browser you should be able to click a “Save” icon and/or a “Print” icon to save the PDF or to print out the certificate as needed.
I need help accessing the eVIP course and/or I’m having a technical issue, who should I contact?
You can call and leave a voicemail message at info@driveright365.org. We will return your call/respond to your message as quickly as possible, but as Drive Right 365 is a volunteer run organization, no one is monitoring the phone or email during regular business hours.
How do I submit suggestions and/or other FAQ’s that would be useful?

Which counties currently accept the eVIP completion certificate?
Drive Right 365 currently works with Blue Earth, Brown, Cass, Crow Wing, Hubbard, Itasca, Kanabec, Mahnomen, and Mille Lacs counties in Minnesota. If you wish to nominate a Minnesota county that is not currently listed, please send the name and number of the Probation or Department of Corrections contact and we will reach out to them to see if their county will accept the completion certificate.
